We are a collaboration of instructors based at The Business & Technology Centre on Shire Hill, offering a wide variety of fitness classes across the week with something for all fitness levels and abilities.
Rebecca is an experienced Personal Trainer and swimming teacher.
Jen is an Empowerment Coach and a Wellbeing Therapist as well as an Instructor, having worked in primary education for twenty years.
We offer wide range of fun, fitness-themed birthday parties for boys and girls - click on the button below to find out more.

BARRE is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Come and give it a try - you will love it!

The Sass Effect is a unique and fun class that's part cheer dance and part chair dance. Inspired by a fierce playlist that will empower your body and mind, boost serotonin levels and relieve stress, you will leave this class with a glow and a smile :)

Saturday Circuits is a fun strength and conditioning class, using interval training, that works all planes of movement, all energy systems and multiple muscle groups. This class changes from week to week with Jen mixing things up to keep you challenged! For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel
Freestyle Fitness Yoga is a fitness class that incorporates stretch, strength & Yoga postures, during which you will learn how to begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self-awareness and confidence.
Step Intensity: Don't be scared of the step! This class requires minimal coordination! Split into sections you'll be alternating between high intensity fat shredding and conditioning and toning moves. Options to work on a lower step or the floor if you feel more comfortable. Be prepared to burn loads of calories and have lots of fun!

'FitGlow Studio is a rare gem, a haven of fitness, in an environment which is welcoming and unintimidating.
Since their launch in October 2020, fitness gurus Rebecca and Jen have navigated the pandemic (and constant Covid restrictions) by offering live classes on Zoom, outdoor classes in the fresh air, as well as a socially distanced studio, before finally returning to a sense of normality this year.
With an ever-evolving timetable of classes, suitable for all ages and abilities, there is always a focus on fun without judgement - Pound is my personal favourite, I love to bang those Ripsticks and release my inner rock star!
However, it is so much more than just a fitness studio - it is a community; a place to keep fit; make friends, and feel supported. I guarantee that you will smile, jump about, laugh, dance, and leave with a spring in your step and a sense of calmness in your soul.'
