Welcome to FitGlow Studio!

We are a collaboration of instructors based at Studio 101 on Shire Hill, offering a wide variety of fitness classes across the week. We have a full timetable with something for all fitness levels and we can't wait to welcome you to one of our classes soon!

What can I expect at FitGlow?


'FitGlow Studio is a rare gem, a haven of fitness, in an environment which is welcoming and unintimidating. 


Since their launch in October 2020, fitness gurus Rebecca and Jen have navigated the pandemic (and constant Covid restrictions) by offering live classes on Zoom, outdoor classes in the fresh air, as well as a socially distanced studio, before finally returning to a sense of normality this year.   


With an ever-evolving timetable of classes, suitable for all ages and abilities, there is always a focus on fun without judgement - Pound is my personal favourite, I love to bang those Ripsticks and release my inner rock star!   


However, it is so much more than just a fitness studio - it is a community; a place to keep fit; make friends, and feel supported. I guarantee that you will smile, jump about, laugh, dance, and leave with a spring in your step and a sense of calmness in your soul.'

Box Fit - Rebecca

9.15-10.00am

Join Rebecca to start the week with a series of high intensity combinations to get your blood pumping and your stresses out.

For this class, please bring - boxing gloves, pads, water bottle and towel.


Tuesday

BARRE - Rebecca

9.15-10.00am

BARRE is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Come and give it a try - you will love it!

For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.

Weights & Stretch - Jen

6.15-7.00pm

Join Jen for 35mins of weights followed by 10mins stretch designed to get you lean and toned.

For this class, please bring water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.

Clubbercise - Jen

7.00-7.45pm

If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout, you’ll LOVE Clubbercise®. Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines set to 90′s classics and the latest chart hits, with UV & disco lights and glow-sticks.

Wear bright neon sportswear and get ready to glow! 

For this class, please bring - water bottle, towel and glow-sticks.

Wednesday

20/20/20 - Rebecca

9.15-10.15am

Get your heart rate up with some powerful interval training as Rebecca takes you through a series of high energy combinations that are great for calorie burn, strength, tone and overall fitness.

For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.

Absolute Abs - Rebecca

10.15-10.45am

Get ready for 30minutes of relentless intensity reaping amazing results.

For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.


Thursday

BOX FIT - Rebecca

6.00-6.45pm

Join Rebecca for a series of high intensity combinations to get your blood pumping and your stresses out. For this class, please bring - boxing gloves, pads, water bottle and towel.

BARRE - Rebecca

6.45-7.30pm

LIFT STRETCH RESET - Jen

7.30-8.15pm

Join Jen for 20minutes of weights, followed by a 15minute deep stretch and then 10minutes of guided visualisation and mindfulness.

Friday

HIIT Blast - Rebecca

9.15-9.55am

Get ready for 35minutes of intensity reaping amazing results.  This class focusses on core athletic qualities to develop fast fat burning and strength through a series of high intensity fitness challenges. If you want to get stronger and take your training to the next level, this workout is perfect for you!

Pump It Up - Rebecca

9.55-10.45am

Pump It Up is a powerful barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned and fit. With great music and Rebecca to motivate you and push you on, you will love it!

For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.

Mums & Babies - Rebecca

10.45-11.30am

If you are a new mum and you have a child under 2 years old, join Rebecca for this fitness class designed especially for you.

For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.

GENERATION POUND - Family class with Jen

5.30-6.00pm

Generation Pound is the family-friendly POUND program that fuses movement with music and combines exercise with games.

For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel.

DANCE BLAST - Jen

6.00-6.45pm

Join Jen and take a trip back to the 80's and 90's in this energetic aerobics class with high and low impact options and some amazing hits from back in the day.


Saturday

POUND - Jen

8.00-8.45am

POUND is a fantastic workout inspired by the energising fun of playing the drums. Fun, empowering routines with loud energetic tracks that will make you feel like a ROCKSTAR!For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel; Jen will provide you with Ripstix!

POWER CIRCUITS - Jen

8.45-9.30am

POWER Circuits is a fun strength and conditioning class, using interval training, that works all planes of movement, all energy systems and multiple muscle groups. This class changes from week to week with Jen mixing things up to keep you challenged! For this class, please bring - water bottle, roll-up mat and towel

Sunday

Step Intensity - Rebecca

8.45-9.30am

Step Intensity: Don't be scared of the step! This class requires minimal coordination! Split into sections you'll be alternating between high intensity fat shredding and conditioning and toning moves. Options to work on a lower step or the floor if you feel more comfortable. Be prepared to burn loads of calories and have lots of fun!

Pump It Up - Rebecca

9.45-10.30am
