I have been teaching yoga and fitness for around 5 years, having qualified as a L2 Gym/Fitness Instructor and starting out running bootcamps and circuit classes.
After a while, I felt the need to teach something more mindful, so decided to do my L3 200hr yoga teaching diploma. This then lead on to getting certified in Barre and also becoming a Burlexercise instructor.
I now teach a wide range of online fitness classes, but always like to put my own spin on things and add in elements of Yoga and Barre to spice things up. For me teaching isn't just about getting physically fit and healthy, but also about getting mentally fit and healthy.
I believe that exercise classes should be fun and inclusive to every body and encourage class members to find their own flow.
I absolutely love what I do and love helping others to become happier, healthier and full of confidence through movement, and lots of laughter.
