The FitGlow Fitness Space
Our classes are held in Studio 101 at The Business & Technology Centre, Shire Hill, Saffron Walden.
Equipment and weights are stored behind the partition screen and disco and UV lights are used for Clubbercise, The Sass Effect and Pound.
How to find Us
The Business & Technology Centre is right at the top of Shire Hill in Saffron Walden.
Turn up Shire Hill; at the T-junction at the top of the hill turn left; follow the road as it curves around first to the right, and then turn right - where Treadfirst is on the corner. You will see The Business & Technology Centre on your right hand side and the arrow indicates where to go in. There are plenty of parking spaces and you're welcome to park either in front of the lower part of the building, or up on the higher car park closer to the entrance.
Find the grey door and keep going!
Studio 101 is a hidden gem behind a mysterious grey door; head through it, turn right and keep going!
You're nearly there...
Once inside the building, you go through door to your right and you'll arrive at the stairs and some double doors; head through them, down the steps and you'll find us there on the left.
