Neon Parties

When you book your party at FitGlow Studio, you will have an instructor with you the whole time and full access to our whole studio space which includes:

·  Sound system with head mic;

·  4 x disco lights and fairy lights along three sides of the room;

·  2 UV lights plus LED UV strip lights down the length of the room;

·  One mirrored wall;

·  1 circular table and seating for up to 20 people;

·  ‘Bar’ with 4 stools; Fridge; kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

There is a Fire Exit at the back of the room; the toilets and a shared kitchen are along the corridor and through the door at the end.

In addition to the use of our party venue, one of our FitGlow instructors will also be on hand to lead some fitness fun and games. 

Our instructors are DBS-checked, very experienced at engaging groups of children and can offer a combination of the following party options for children aged 4yrs+:

Clubbercise Neon Party - We provide flashing glowsticks and will create fun routines for your child and their friends to dance to their favourite songs!

Multi-sports & Box Fit Party - We can set up races, indoor athletics and hockey, as well as finding fun ways to incorporate a little (carefully supervised) boxing into traditional party games!

Pound Party - Discover your inner rockstar with the fun, noisy, drumming-inspired Pound.  Using bright green Ripstix (drumsticks), we play games, follow routines and rock out!

We can adapt and combine our party options depending on what you would like, and we provide equipment / Clubbercise glow sticks / Pound Ripstix for all participants to borrow. 

We can also lead a selection of party games such as Musical Statues, Newspaper Islands, Pin the Horn on the Unicorn and the Parachute, and we have quieter activities such as colouring and Lego too.

Our Neon Parties are £120 an hour - £60 per hour venue hire, plus an additional £60 per hour for an instructor to set up the room, lead party games and activities and help with the tidying and cleaning.

We advise that you factor in 30minutes to set up ahead of your guests arriving, and allow 30minutes for tidying up and cleaning at the end, after your guests have left.

90 minute party = £300

2 hour party = £360

During the party we kindly ask that you:

• Maintain responsibility for the safety and behaviour of everybody attending your party;
• When they arrive, ensure that children are reminded to NOT touch the wall of mirrors;
• Please bring your own bin liners and surface spray/cloths and take the rubbish and recycling with you.

Payment:

·  Full payment of the party to be made to confirm the booking. 

·  Any party cancelled up to 14 days before the date of your party will receive a full refund.

·  Any party cancelled within 14 days of the date of your party will receive a 75% refund.
